Loved fitness and exercise from a very young age. Ran middle distance and cross country from young age up to graduation from University.Graduated Pedagogical University physical training faculty 1996 with master’s degree in Europe.Worked as a fitness instructor for over 15 years in Europe, leading group and individual training classes. Taught at 2 Universities physical training and worked at numerous fitness clubs including a Birth Center for pregnant women leading special aqua training sessions.During this time studied multiple fitness disciplines, receiving numerous following certifications: Aerobic training ( Basics) ,Power Training ,Functional Training ,Aerobics for kids ,Pilates mat ,Fitness for pregnant women. Frequently participated in numerous International fitness conventions and workshops. After a move to California and child birth in 2010 restarted personal training using various fitness methodologies. In 2015 completed certified expert level Pilates training in LA. I love to include multiple training methodologies in my training sessions.
